«Gaoshan Miсhun Jin» («High mountain honey spring gold») was made in Wuyi Mountains (Fujian province) in the spring of 2021.
In appearance: thin, brown tips covered with reddish fluff. The fragrance is restrained, woody with a berry accent. The liquor is slightly cloudy due to the abundance of fluff, with dark amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, woody-and-berry, with floral, biscuit and spicy notes. The aroma is sweet, warm and tender, fruity-biscuit. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, with berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
«Gaoshan Miсhun Jin» is an excellent tea for a special occasion: refined, versatile and very fragrant.
