«Guizhou Wang» («Guizhou King») is a red tea from Guizhou province (Zunyi County), harvest 2019.
In appearance: large, flagellum-twisted, brown leaves. The fragrance is intensive, woody with a berry hint. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm and vivid, woody, with honey, biscuit and berry notes. The fragrance is deep and warm. The taste is rich and strong, sweetish, oily, a bit tart, with refreshing berry sourness and spicy nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 7-8 times.
