Organic «Red» was made in a small tea farm in Guizhou province from the autumn shoots of the Baihao tea variety (harvest 2017).
In appearance: middle-sized, thin flagella of dark brown leaves. The aroma is warm, intensive, with biscuit and fruit notes. The liquor is transparent, dark amber color.
The brewed tea has warm, refined bouquet with notes of biscuit, spice, wood and fruits. The aroma is warm, calming. The taste is refined and full-bodied, soft, sweetish, with fine berry sourness, turns to lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times.
