Organic «Red Longjing» was made in a small farm of Guizhou province from the autumn shoots of the Longjing variety (harvest 2017).
In appearance: middle-sized, thin flagella of dark brown leaves. The aroma is warm, intensive, with biscuit and fruit notes. The liquor is transparent, dark amber color.
The brewed tea has warm, polyphonic bouquet with biscuit, spicy and baked fruits notes. The aroma is deep and warm, complex. The taste is rich and full-bodied, velvety, sweetish, with fine berry sourness, turns to lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (90-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times.
