Red tea «Hua Chun Ye Cha» («Flower Spring Wild Tea») was made in Wuyi Mountains (Fujian province) in the spring of 2020.
In appearance: medium-sized, brown, flagellum twisted tips. The fragrance is intensive, woody with a berry accent. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and warm, woody-and-berry, with floral, biscuit and spicy notes. The aroma is sweet, warm and tender. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, with a delicate tartness, berry sourness and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
Red tea «Hua Chun Ye Cha» is an excellent tea for a special occasion: refined, versatile and very fragrant.
