«Floral, spring, golden» is made in May 2018 from the first spring tips in Wuyi County (Fujian Province).

In appearance: thin, curved, flagellum twisted tips – dark brown with a light yellow-reddish fuzz. The fragrance is intensive, floral with biscuit accent. The liquor is transparent with amber hue.

The bouquet of brewed tea is graceful and warm, fruity, with biscuit, woody, honey, floral and citrus notes. The fragrance is warm and complex, fruity. The taste is refined and silky, sweetish, with delicate fruity tartness, citrus sourness and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8-9 times.

Как создать располагающую к приятному и лёгкому общению атмосферу? Конечно же, заварить чай! «Цветочный, весенний, золотой» - уже в названии чай начинает красиво раскрываться, причём именно в такой последовательности. Сухой лист в прогретом фарфоровом чайнике выдаёт яркую цедру лайма и очень тонкие нотки иланг-иланга. Первый пролив спокойно цитрусовый и во вкусе, и в аромате, но аромат звенящий, а вкус тонкий, полупрозрачный. Во втором проливе уже проявляется элегантная терпкость, но без характкрной горчинки. Чай освежает, несмотря на обычно согревающий потенциал красных чаёв. В пустой пиале сохраняется аромат бисквитного печенья, да такой яркий, что хочется поискать, не просыпались ли крошки от этого печенья, чтоб их доесть! С третьего пролива во вкусе появляется горький шоколад со свойственной ему кислинкой. Далее шоколад постепенно «тает», оставляя тонкую сладость в послевкусии. Чепитие становится медитативным, умиротворяющим... Вечер становится в буквальномы смысле «золотым»: отличный six o'clock tea для чаепития как с друзьями, так и в блаженном уединении (себя-любимейшего особенно приятно «угощать» таким чаем (: ).
