«Floral, spring, golden» is made in May 2018 from the first spring tips in Wuyi County (Fujian Province).
In appearance: thin, curved, flagellum twisted tips – dark brown with a light yellow-reddish fuzz. The fragrance is intensive, floral with biscuit accent. The liquor is transparent with amber hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is graceful and warm, fruity, with biscuit, woody, honey, floral and citrus notes. The fragrance is warm and complex, fruity. The taste is refined and silky, sweetish, with delicate fruity tartness, citrus sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8-9 times.
