“Red Tea from Huangshan” is tea from beautiful Huangshan, Yellow Mountains. That is fantastic place of great stone cliffs and lumps, curved pine trees and cloudy seas. This tea is harvested and produced at small farm, which situated at an altitude of above 700 meters. The raw material is first spring leaves of Huangshan Mao Feng tea bushes.
The dry tea consists of medium size curved leaves of vinous-brown color. The aroma is bright, warm, fruity. The infusion is clear of red-brown tone.
The bouquet of brewed tea is elegant, warm, fruity and spicy, with prunes, cherry, honey and rye bread tones. The aroma is rich, fruity and floral. The taste is both light and rich, volume, silky, with slight sour nuance and refreshing astringency of red grapes. The aftertaste is gorgeous and long-lasting.
Infuse this tea with boiled water of 95°С in yixing tea pot for red teas or in gaiwan. Take 5 grams for 100 ml volume vessel. Rinse tea leaves with water, make quick infusions for few seconds and increase the infusion time gradually with each next brewing. This tea goes 10 infusions.
