The bouquet of the ready-made tea is warm and vivid, woody-and-berry, with honey, floral, biscuit, citrus and spicy notes. The aroma is intense, complex, honey-and-berry. The taste is dense, smooth and sweet, a bit tart, with citrus sourness, nuances of spices and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 20 seconds. Then, starting with an exposure of 10 seconds and increasing the exposure time to 3 minutes, you can steep the tea 7-8 times.
