Red tea «Meizhan» was made in Lindao tea farm (Zhangzhou County) from the spring shoots of Meizhan tea variety, harvest 2018.
In appearance: thin, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted leaves. The aroma is deep, woody with fruity touch. The liquor is transparent, with amber hue.
The brewed tea has bright and warm, multifaceted bouquet with floral, woody, berry and biscuit notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, honey. The taste is refined and sappy, sweetish, with delicate woody tartness, refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 8 times.
