The "Sundried Red Tea" was made in a small farm of Linzang County from spring shoots of plantation tea (harvest 2018).

In appearance: large flagella of brown leaves and reddish-yellow buds. The fragrance is deep, fruity with spicy hints. The liquor is transparent, meadow honey color.

The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid and warm, fruity-spicy, with woody and pastry notes. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity-spicy. The taste is rich and full-bodied, a bit tart, sweetish, with citrus sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.

The "Sundried Red Tea" is a great choice for daily tea breaks – vivid, juicy and very fragrant. The effect is warming, soft tonic.

Да, кислинка есть. Напиток набирает цвет достаточно быстро, но у меня возникло ощущение, что плотность вкуса не успевает за плотностью цвета. Вроде, глядя на потемневший настой, кажется, что его крепость должна быть достаточная и пора выполнить пролив, но на деле ощущается какая-та лайтовость. А может просто рецепторы не готовы воспринимать вкус.
Аромат из посуды тоже недостаточно крепкий.
Не праздник. Для беседы чай вполне пригодный, только если он не будет центром внимания.
