«Honey strips of spring leaves» (Wuyi County, Fujian Province), harvest – Mау 2018.

In appearance: large, curved, burgundy-brown, flagellum twisted leaves. The fragrance is restrained, woody with fruity accent. The liquor is transparent with mahogany hue.

The bouquet of brewed tea is graceful, fruity, with woody, honey and floral notes. The fragrance is warm and complex, fruity. The taste is refined and silky, sweetish, with delicate citrus sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.

Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 8 times.

Это что-то новое в коллекции Мойчай.ру
Превосходный и обаятельный, поражает своим непредсказуемым ароматом, каждый может ощутить, что-то своё. Связать вкусовые ассоциации в один ряд. С этим чаем стоит проэксперементировать и советую не один раз. Сварить, заварить настоем, посмотреть как раскроется в фарфоре или в исинском чайнике. Попробовать попроливать в Гайване.
Аромат, состояние и вкус на 5! Но сливая всё воедино получается невероятное ощущения от этого чая, где появляются куда больше звёзд.

На вид - утесный улун, чуть более розоватый с пряным вишнёвым ароматом. Но, как говорится, не суди книгу по обложке)

Аромат довольно сложный и не так легко его разгадать. Пытаясь подобрать ассоциации встречаю персик, манго, виноград. И при всей этой сочности аромат влажный, прохладный и минеральный, как если бы действительно прибыл с утеса.

Вкус бодрый, будто заряженный, с приятным онемением от тонкой остроты. Ягодный, мед со специями и чем-то отдаленно напоминает некий дань цун. Лёгкий, переливчатый и скользящий.

Приятное терпкое послевкусие с шероховатым ощущением.

Неоднозначный чай, который интересно поизучать и распробовать в нем разные грани)
