«Fresh Fragrance» was made in the beginning from the spring shoots of the Yunnan large-leaf tea trees of Mount Jingmai (Puer County). Final drying was performed in the open air, under the sun.
In appearance: large flagella of greyish-brown leaves and silvery biege buds. The aroma is restrained, with spicy, woody a fruity notes. The liquor is transparent, meadow honey color.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid and bright, woody with spicy, floral, fruity and citrus notes (the flavor profile resembles sheng puer and white tea). The fragrance is high and multifaceted, woody with fruity and floral notes The taste is full-bodied and rich, sweetish, a bit tart, with fine lemon sourness and spicy nuances, turns to lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 3-5 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
