«Red Dian tea from Jinggu» is produced in the Jinggu Mountains (the South of Yunnan, Puer district) according to the Diang Hong technology. It has been set in the Fengqing area (North West of Yunnan region) in the 1940-s.
The dried tea leaves are long, thin, twisted, dark brown and there are some red tips. The aroma of dried tea is strong, fruity and corny with woody hints. The clear liquor has a dark amber tint.
The bouquet of brewed tea is bright, warm, corny and spicy with wooden and fruity tones. The taste is strong, rich, sweetish. The aftertaste is refreshing.
Jinggu Dian Hong is brewed with 95-100°С hot water in the gaiwan or yixing teapot for red teas. Take 4-5 grams for 100 ml. vessel. Make quick infusions and increase the infusion time gradually. It goes 9-10 infusions. Also, this tea can be brewed in the thermos or in the cup (1 gram for 180 ml. of water).
Jinggu Dian Hong is a perfect choice for an everyday tea time in the cold seasons. It has strong taste and tonic, warming and concentrating effect.
