Red tea «Youngde Yesheng Hong Cha» made in 2019 in Youngde County, Yunnan province. The first spring shoots of wild tea trees were used as raw materials.
In appearance: large, burgundy-brown, flagella twisted leaves. The fragrance is intensive, berry-floral. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is vivid, berry-and-woody with hints of barberry caramel, tropical flowers, aromatic wood resins, and exotic fruits. The fragrance is bright, berry-floral. The taste is rich and juicy, sweetish, with a fine woody tartness, spicy nuances, and the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 10 times.
«Youngde Yesheng Hong Cha» is a very interesting sample of red tea from large trees: vivid, multifaceted and strong.
