The highest quality red tea "Golden Flow" is made on the Mountain of Rapid Creeks, Yunxishan (Anhui Province) of the first spring buds (harvest April 2017).
In appearance: tiny, lengthwise twisted buds of dark purple-brown color. The aroma is warm, fruity-spicy. The liquor is transparent, chestnut color.
The brewed tea has warm, refined, fruity-biscuit bouquet with hints of lemon, apricot, honey, juniper and spice. The aroma is warm and tender, fruity-biscuit. The taste is soft and refined, silky, sweet, with lemon acidity, transforming into refreshing finish.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that do short brews (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing exposure time for each subsequent brewing, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 7-8 times.
