South Fujian Oolongs Peihuo Bai Ya Qilan - 55 g.
 
Oolong "Magic Orchid with white buds” is made in Pinghe district (Fujian province) at the final stage of processing, it is heated on coals (peihuo). The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm, spicy-and-berry, with floral, biscuit and woody notes. The aroma is calm, spicy-and-woody. The taste is full-bodied, buttery and sweetish, with delicate woody tartness, fine berry sourness and lingering finish.
 
South Fujian Oolongs Tie Guan Yin (Nong Xiang, Xiping village) - 45 g.
"Traditional Flavour Tie Guan Yin" is famous oolong from Anxi County (Fujian Province), made in the the area of Xiping, the location of the oldest tea plantations. The official history of the local tea dates back to 1736 when it was included in the Imperial register list. The tea leaf is processed by traditional technology (medium fermentation and long baking at moderated heat). The bouquet of brewed tea is bright and fresh, multifaceted, floral with notes of wood, lilac, vanilla and peach. The aroma is incredibly ravishing. The taste is mild and smooth, buttery, slightly sweet with delicate berry sourness (cuttings give it special juiciness and extra volume). The aftertaste is sweet and lingering.

South Fujian Oolongs Xi Ping Chen Xiang Tie Guan Yin - 45 g.

“Aged Tie Guan Yin Aroma” is made in the south of the Fujian region in Xiping village. The oldest tea plants are situated here. It is a legendary place where local tea man discovered the wonderful tea tree according to the dream. He met Bodhisattva Guan Yin in his dream and she told him where to find this special tea tree. “Chen Xiang” is an aged oolong which fermented long time after producing. Aged tea is stored in the special clay vessels which are strongly closed by sealing wax. Once a year these vessels are opened and the tea is roasted on the wood charcoal. This technology was worked out in Taiwan. The aged teas are loved here for its taste, aroma and health beneficial properties such as healing cold diseases and nourishing spleen. Dry “Aged Aroma” is loose tea. Brown leaves are of medium size, sphere shaped and rolled up. The aroma is moderate with woody-citrus tones. The clear liquor has light golden-mustard color.
The bouquet of brewed tea is calm, with woody tones, light citrus and floral nuances. The taste is thick, mellow with bright sour taste and astringency which is not obvious in light concentration. The aftertaste is nice and refreshing.

South Fujian Oolongs Jin Guanyin Wang - 35 g.

Oolong «The Emperor of Golden Guanyin» was made in by nong xiang technology (medium fermentation, prolonged baking). The ready-made tea has bright, multifaceted bouquet with notes of berries, wood, honey, nuts and spice. The aroma is high, complex, woody-floral. The taste is full-bodied and rich, a bit tart, sweetish, with berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.

South Fujian Oolongs Shihe Lanhe Qilan - 20 g.

Oolong «Lanhe» was made in Shihe tea farm (Zhangzhou County) from autumnal shoots of Qilan cultivar. The brewed tea has warm, multifaceted, woody-and-spicy bouquet with biscuit, floral and berry notes. The fragrance is tender and high, spicy with a fruity accent. The taste is full-bodied and well-rounded, sweetish, changes during tea drinking from velvety and soft, biscuit-and-spicy to juicy and bright, woody-and-berry.

Guangdong Oolong Fo Shou Meizhou Chao Cha - 45 g. 

«Fo Shou» made in by authentic Chao Cha technology (multiple roasting alternating with interruptions for cooling). The shoots of the Fo Shaw (Buddha's Palm) variety were used as the raw materials. The bouquet of the brewed tea is warm and multifaceted, spicy-biscuit with woody, balsamic, and tobacco notes. The fragrance is warm, spicy-biscuit. The taste is full-bodied and silky, slightly astringent, with a fine fruity sourness and a lingering finish.

Guangdong Oolong Qiwei Huang Zhi Xiang - 20 g. 

Oolong «Huang zhi fragrance» was made in Qiwei tea farm (Chaozhou county) from spring shoots of Huang zhi cultivar (deep fermentation, medium fire). The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid, woody with floral, spicy and fruity notes. The fragrance is warm, fruity. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, with light woody tartness, berry sourness and lingering finish.

Wuyishan Oolongs - Da Hong Pao Meidong - 20 g.
 
"Big Red Robe" of from “Meidong” tea farm (Wuyishan tea region, Fujian province). The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm, spicy-and-pastry, with roasted and fruity notes. The aroma is deep and warm. The taste is soft, oily, slightly spicy, with a light minerality, fine fruit acidity and refreshing finish.
 
Wuyishan Oolongs Gui Yuan Xiang Rou Gui - 20 g. 
 
Rou Gui is one of the most famous members of Wuyi Cliff tea family. “Gui” literally means “luxurious” and moreover this character is a part of such emblematic Chinese plants as osmanthus and cinnamon, so "Rou Gui" usually translated as "Cinnamon”. This tea variety exhibits a high viability and resistance to adverse environmental influences, shooting abundantly with succulent, fleshy leaves (“Rou” means “Fleshy”). After a long and laborious processing these leaves become a truly magnificent tea. The brewed tea has roasted, spicy-biscuit bouquet with a touch of fruit. The aroma is warm, smokey. The taste is rich and oily, sweetish with a slight bitterness and mineral notes that define Wuyi oolongs.
