“Younde Yesheng Gushu Zi Ya” (“Purple buds of wild ancient tea trees”) was harvested in Yongde District (Lincang County) in Spring 2020.
In appearance: large, light greenish-pink buds. The aroma is delicate, floral. The infusion is transparent, with a very light shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and delicate, spicy-floral, with pine and berry notes. The aroma is delicate, floral-berry, with a hint of juniper. The taste is refined and sweet, multifaceted, with refreshing berry sourness, nuances of spices and juicy finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 5 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 15 times.
