«Sheng from Nannuo mountain» made by the Kunming company "Liu Da Cha Shan", known for the fact that in 2004 this company produced a tea cake weighing 3,600 kg and a diameter of 3.28 m, which was included in the Guinness World Records.
In appearance: 357 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into thin, twisted, brown leaves and buds. The aroma is restrained, woody. The infusion is transparent with apricot shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is mature, fruity-balsamic, with notes of dried apples and pears, exotic resins, spicy herbs and citruses. The aroma is calm and warm, of stewed fruit tonality. The taste is rich and smooth, with sweetness of dried fruits, pleasant grape tartness, refreshing lemon acidity and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
