The Yun He (“The river of clouds”) tea Factory is situated near Menghai in the beautiful place Kungquezhixian, “The peacocks motherland”, Xishuangbanna tea region. The limited series of 5000 raw puer cha bings were made in 2010 for the 5 years Jubelee celebratioin.
Dry cha bing is round and medium dense. The raw material is homogeneous and consists of brown leaf fragments, middle size silver-beige buds and brown stems. The aroma of dry tea is mellow, calm with herbal, woody, flower and camphor tones. The infusion is clear with a meadow honey tint.
The bouquet of brewed tea is harmonic and smooth. There are woody, floral, balmy nuances and dry fruits, camphor tones in it. It has classical “Yunnan melody” aroma. The taste is quite strong and mild, bitterness and astringency are minimal. The aftertaste is rich and gorgeous.
Infuse crushed piece of tea in 95-100°С water in yixing thick-walled teapot for raw puers or in thick-walled ceramic gaiwan. Take 4-5 gr for 120ml volume vessel. Brew first infusions for 5-10 seconds, after gradually increase the brewing time till 2 minutes. Infuse this way 9-10 times.
“Jubilee tea” is a secret tea. It seems to have mild effect, but it has resonance with the drinking person and can act as tonic or relax drink depending on the situation.
