«Bai Yin Shan Sheng Cha» («Sheng Puer from Bai Yin Mountains») was made in a small tea farm situated in Lincang County.
In appearance: large, brown, flagellum-twisted leaves and silvery buds. The aroma is intensive, woody-balsamic with a subtle musky note. The infusion is transparent, with a shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh and vivid, spicy-herbaceous, with balsamic, woody, nutty and floral notes. The aroma is calm and tender, spicy-balsamic. The taste is rich and buttery, sweetish, with a delicate tartness of grapes, berry sourness and sappy, lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (75-80°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9-10 times.
«Bai Yin Shan Sheng Cha» is an excellent sheng, vivid and shining, quite soft despite its youth. It contains everything for further development.
