«Ancient trees of Jinggu» is made in 2017 from spring shoots of large tea trees grown in the tropical forest.
In appearance: large greyish-brown flagella of twisted leaves and buds. The aroma is viscose, nutty-balsamic with mushroom note. The infusion is transparent with white grapes shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is multifaceted and bright, with woody, herbaceous, balsamic, fruity and mushroom notes. The aroma is calm and deep, with notes of oak moss, mushrooms and herbs. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, pleasantly tart, with light sourness of green apples, minty coolness and spicy nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
«Ancient trees of Jinggu» is an excellent choice for everyday tea drinking – juicy and soft, friendly in circulation, restoring strength and refreshing the mind.
