Sheng Puer «Youngde Da Hei Cha» made in early spring of 2019 in Youngde County, Yunnan province. The first spring shoots of Da Hei Cha tea trees with large, dark leaves were used as raw materials.
In appearance: large, olive-green flagella twisted leaves. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light shade of grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, herbaceous with floral, nutty and berry hints. The fragrance is tender, herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied, soft and sweet, buttery, umami, with a fine berry sourness and light spicy nuances. The finish is juicy and sweet, very stable.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С, the lower the temperature, the softer the taste) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 15 times.
«Youngde Da Hei Cha» is an excellent sheng from large trees with a mild flavor and a powerful effect.
