The Mengku Rong Shi Company specializes in producing of organic Puer from the Mengku tea region (Shuang Jiang District, Lincang County), where tea gardens grow at an altitude of 1900-2750 m.
The 400 g teacake of medium density, broken effortlessly with fingers into brown leaves with thin stems and reddish buds. The aroma is restrained, woody with berry accent. The infusion is transparent, reddish-brown color.
The ready-made tea has warm, mature, nutty bouquet with woody and autumn notes. The aroma is calm, deep. The taste is full-bodied and soft, sweetish, with delicate nutty bitterness and velvety finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a gaiwan or in a teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second) increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
