The aged green tea «Lao Ba Hao Jun Shan Maojian» from Hunan Province, harvest 2005.
In appearance: small, thin, curved, gray-brown, fluffy tips. The fragrance is restrained, herbaceous with a hint of hay. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is aged, herbaceous with woody, minty and nutty notes. The fragrance is tender, herbaceous; cold fragrance is sweet, honey. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, with a slight tartness of grape skins, nuances of spices and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (70-80°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat steeping up to 8-9 times.
The effect is refreshing, soft tonic.
