Thai Assam red tea, dried in the sun. Wild trees, Moychay Tea Forest project, batch 01-2022 (limited to 60 pieces), 357 g
In appearance: large, curved, dark-brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings, reddish-beige buds. The aroma is restrained, honey. The liquor is transparent, with an amber shade.
The bouquet of brewed tea is bright, spicy-and-woody, with honey, bread and berry notes. The aroma is warm, delicate, honey-and-berry. The taste is rich, slightly astringent, sweetish, with berry sourness, nuances of spices and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 9 times.
The effect is warming, invigorating.
