Linden honey is one of the most popular. The Linden tree in the Far East is represented by three species: Tilia amurensis, Tilia taquetii and Tilia mandshurica. Honey, harvested from these blossom trees, does not have bitterness, unlike the similar harvested in the European part of Russia.
It is traditionally recommended during catarrhal diseases as a diaphoretic and antibacterial agent, and also as a restorative and simply delicious treat!
Organoleptic characteristics: white, with light yellow shade, crystallized, creamy consistency.
The fragrance is soft, sweet, with notes of vanilla and linden blossom.
The taste is very soft, oily and sweet, with caramel, creamy, vanilla and floral notes. Leaves a long, pleasant aftertaste.
