Black elderberry

Black elderberry (Sambúcus nígra) – picked and prepared in Crimea, September 2015.
Contains anthocyanins, ascorbic acid, carotene, rutin, sambutin, tannins, glucose, fructose, malic acid, amino acids, tyrosine.
The brew of dried berries improves digestion and biliary excretion, normalizes metabolism, it also offers diuretic, diaphoretic and astringent properties.
Instructions  for use: fill 10 g of dried berries with 200 ml of water, then bring it to the boil and cook on a slow fire 15-20 minutes. The simple way would be to put berries in a thermos, fill it with boiled water and draw 3 or 4 hours.
Black elderberry brew can be taken as an independent drink, as well as in a mix with other herbs, fruits or berries, honey and lemon.
