Jida or Loch angustifolia (Elaeágnus angustifólia) is a shrub of the genus Loch (Elaeagnus), Loch (Elaeagnaceae) family. Picked and prepared by experienced herbalists at the phase of flowering in Bogucharsky district of Voronezh region in June, 2016. Dried with great precision at low temperatures.
Jida leaves contain ascorbic acid, and flowers contain essential oil.
In traditional medicine the brew of Jida is used in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, bronchitis, heart disease and neurological disorders, as well as antihelminthic remedy. It can also be applied externally at rheumatism, gout and edema, as well as a wound healing remedy.
Take care of your health, brew wormwood regulary as tea with the exposure of 30-40 seconds. The proportion is: 3 g. of leaves to 100 ml. of boiling water. Holds up to 3-4 brews. When brewing in a mug, thermos or teapot the recommended proportion is: 1 g. to 100 ml.
The drink has clear, bright greenish-yellow color with fruity-grassy aroma and light sweet taste with bitterness.
