Raspberry (Rubus idaeus L.) is a perennial half-shrub from the Rosaceae family. Raspberry leaves contain ascorbic acid, flavonoids, organic salts, astringents and tannins, salicylates, which act analogously to aspirin, have sweatshops and antipyretic effects, help with gastrointestinal disorders, as well as with cough and cold.
Steep for 10 minutes with water of 70°C, or brew with tea.
