Raspbery ordinary (Latin Rúbus idáeus.) is a subshrub of the family Rosaceae. The leaves are picked and fabricated in the Altai region in summer 2015.
Raspberry leaves contain folic acid, vitamins C, E, K, PP, magnesium, manganese, iodine, as well as flavonoids - quercetin, cyanidin, kaempferol.
The brew of raspberry leaves has an excellent diaphoretic and antipyretic action, good for colds, digestive system disorders, as well as to strengthen blood vessels and capillaries.
How to make a brew: take 10 g of dried raspberry leaves, put it in a thermos, pour with 200-300 ml of boiled water and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. Dry leaves are also suitable for drinking after a quick infusion as tea - in a gaiwan, ceramic or glass teapot in a proportion 5-7 g of leaves per 100 ml of water, exposed during 1.5-2 minutes. The drink can be taken separately or as part of herbal mixtures.
