Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) – is a woody, perennial herb in the family Lamiaceae (Lamiaceae). Picked and prepared in Crimea, summer 2015.
It refers to a classic type of spices commonly used in gastronomy. Dried leaves contain essential (rosemary) oil, minerals (magnesium, zinc, sodium, potassium), tannins, ursolic and rosmarinic acids.
The healthy influence of rosemary on the body is known from ancient times. It also helps to improve blood microcirculation, relieves spasms of vessels in dizziness, low blood pressure and after infarction or cardiovascular system disorders.
Instructions for use: put 5 grams of dry leaves in a thermos, pour with 250 ml of boiling water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Drink after a quick infusion separately or as part of herbal mixtures.
