«Chun Cha Xin» («Spring tea heart») from Chaozhou County (medium heat), harvested in the spring of 2019, re-baked in the autumn of 2019.
In appearance: middle-sized, dark brown, flagellum twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, fruity. The liquor is transparent, with a mahogany shade, during brewing it turns yellow-amber color.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, berry-and-floral, with notes of wood resins, spicy herbs, chocolate and dried fruits. The aroma is deep and warm, fruity; cold aroma is sweet, floral. The taste is full-bodied and oily, sweetish, a bit spicy, slightly astringent, with berry acidity and lingering finish.
Brew tea with a hot water (85-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
«Chun Cha Xin» is an excellent Chaozhou oolong with versatile taste, magnificent aroma and invigorating effect.
