«Chun Milan Xiang» («Spring aroma of honey orchid») is the medium fire oolong from Zhenhao tea farm. Spring harvest 2020, hongbei: May 2020. The raw material used is Milanxiang variety.
In appearance: medium-sized, dark brown, flagellum twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, fruity-floral, with notes of wood resins, fresh berries and spicy herbs. The aroma is deep and complex, fruity-floral. The taste is rich and sweet, slightly astringent, with berry acidity and lingering finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (80-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4-5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
