Oolong "Wild Tea of Fenghuang" from Fenghuangshan tea district (Chaozhou county, Guangdong province), harvest 2018. Made from the first spring shoots of wild grown tea.
In appearance: medium-sized, dark maroon flagella of twisted tea leaves. The fragrance is deep, floral with berry accent. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and vivid, spicy-and-berry, with floral, woody and citrus notes. The aroma is exquisite, spicy-and-berry; cold aroma is sweet and tender, floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, with a delicate bitterness of forest strawberry, fine citrus sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 6-8 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
"Wild Tea of Fenghuang" is a great choice for the ceremonial tea party – playful, bright and enchanting!
