Alpine oolong "The old Xianweng bush" was made in a small tea farm in the Wudong peak area in November 2017. Processed by traditional technology (average fermentation, prolonged heating on charcoal).
In appearance: thin, lengthwise twisted leaves of dark brown color. The aroma is rich, spicy with a touch of honey. Infusion is transparent, with yellow grapes hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is elegant, multifaceted, spicy-floral, with notes of white carnations, ginger, pomelo, currants and mint. The fragrance is refined and sonorous, sweet, spicy-floral. The taste is rich and full-bodied, oily, with delicate berry tartness, hints of spice and lingering aftertaste.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 3-4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
"The old Xianweng tea bush" is a perfect choice for gourmets and sophisticated lovers - refined, fragrant and long. The effect is tonic, meditative.
