Aged oolong "Jiuduo Dancong" made in Fenghuangshan tea area (Chaozhou county, Guangdong province).
In appearance: slim, medium-sized, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The fragrance is deep, spicy-floral with chocolate accent. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of mahogany.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and mature, spicy-and-woody, with floral, chocolate, berry and milky notes. The aroma is high, spicy-floral, cold aroma is sweet and tender, floral. The taste is saturated and juicy, multifaceted, sweetish, with a delicate tartness, fine fruity sourness and spicy nuances, transforming into the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5-6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
