“Qin Huo Ya Shi Xiang” was made in the Fenghuangshan Mountains in the late fall of 2019 from shoots of the Ya Shi Xiang variety (low fire).
In appearance: large, brown flagella of twisted leaves with thin cuttings. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is multifaceted and vivid, spicy-floral, with notes of spicy herbs and lime. The aroma is high and tender, spicy-floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, a bit spicy, with a fine woody tartness and citrus sourness, transforming into the refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-90°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
“Qin Huo Ya Shi Xiang” is an amazing tea for the gonfucha style. We especially recommend it to those who appreciate the delicate floral component in Chaozhou oolongs.
