In appearance: large, curved, burgundy-brown flagella of twisted tea leaves. The fragrance is intensive, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with a shade of white grapes.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is exquisite, spicy-floral, with notes of black currant, cloves, allspice, mint and apricot kernel. The aroma is deep and complex, spicy-floral. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky, sweetish, with a pleasant tartness, fine berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (85-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 4 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
