Alpine oolong «Alishan» was made in May 2018 in Alishan mountains from Oolong cultivar by qingxiang technology (light fermentation, short heating).
In appearance: medium-sized green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is intensive, sweet, spicy-floral. The liquor is transparent, with yellow-green hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is bright and fresh, multifaceted, floral-herbaceous with lilac, peach and spicy notes. The fragrance is high and fresh, complex, spicy-floral. The taste is full-bodied and rich, mild, polyphonic, sweetish, with delicate fruity sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
«Alishan» is a magnificent high-mountain oolong – subtle and bright, soft and powerful. The effect is refreshing, tonic and optimistic.
