In appearance: medium size pellets of olive-brown color. The aroma is intensive, herbaceous-biscuit. The liquor is transparent, with white grapes hue.
The bouquet of brewed tea is warm and multifaceted, spicy-biscuit, with herbaceous, floral and berry notes. The aroma is warm and subtle, spicy-biscuit, with notes of honey, helichrysum and linden. The taste is refined and full-bodied, silky and sweetish, with delicate berry sourness and spicy nuances, turns to refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
