«Lishan Gaoshan» is a high-elevation oolong from Lishan mountain, harvest fall 2022.
In appearance: large, heavy, dark green pellets of twisted tea shoots with yellow cuttings. The aroma is restrained, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a light greenish-yellow shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, floral-herbaceous with nutty and fruity notes. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is smooth, soft and buttery, sweetish, with a delicate fruity acidity and a refreshing finish.
Steep the tea in a hot water (85-92°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 30 seconds. After that do short steeps (10 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
The effect is refreshing, soft tonic.
