Aged oolong «Wuwei» was made in Liaomi tea farm (Nantou County) in the end of 2000th.
In appearance: small brown pellets of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is deep, woody with dry fruits’ accent. The liquor is transparent, with mahogany hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged and multifaceted, woody with fruity, berry, spicy and balmy resins’ notes. The fragrance is complex and soothing, fruity. The taste is full-bodied and rich, with light woody tartness and berry sourness – varies during the tea drinking, playing with different nuances.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
Oolong «Wuwei» is an excellent choice for ceremonial drinking – long, multifaceted and bright. The effect is warming, soft tonic, centering.
