«Honey Flavor Fiery Flower» is made of late autumn tea shoots (harvest 2016) in the mountains of Nantou County (Puli area)
When dry, these are large, heavy, glossy maroon-brown bundles with tiny cuttings. The fragrance is intense, floral-berry with a honey hint. The infusion is transparent, with a white grapes hue.
The brewed tea has a polyphonic, refined, floral-berry flavor with notes of honey, gooseberries, spices and sparkling wines. Delightful floral fragrance. The taste is soft and smooth, fragile, sweet, with a light berry and spice nuances, transforming into cool, refreshing aftertaste.
Brewing suggestions. Brew tea with hot boiling water (95°C) in a gaiwan or a teapot for Taiwanese oolong made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last for 8-10 seconds. After that make short infusions (just for a second), increasing the infusion time gradually. You can repeat this brewing method up to 15 times.
Amazing tea for discerning gourmets - with the divine flavour and relaxing, hedonistic impact.
