Famous “Milky oolong” is known as “Fiery flower with the milky flavor” among the Russian tea enthusiasts. This is the only one artificially flavored tea in our collection. It is produced by numerous requests of our customers. Our milky oolong is made from high quality south Fujian raw material and flavored by Taiwanese flavor. We want to stress that there is no and natural flavored milky oolongs.
The dry tea consists of small, spherical, green-fenny nodules with small yellow stems. The aroma is sweet and floral. The clear liquor is golden green and it becomes yellow during drinking.
The bouquet of brewed tea is bright, light, floral with cream caramel, vanilla ice-cream, fruit candy tones. The aroma is tender, warm, creamy and floral. The taste is buttery, mild, sweetish with no bitterness or astringency, with slightest fruit sour nuance.
Na Xiang Jin Xiuan is brewed with 95-100° water in the yixing teapot for light fermented oolongs or in the porcelain gaiwan. Take 6 grams per 100 ml volume vessel. Make quick infusions and increase the infusion time gradually. The tea can be brewed for 10 times.
The milky oolong is served as preprandial aperitif in China and Taiwan. It has refreshing, light relaxing and very positive effect.
