In appearance: middle-sized, burgundy-brown, twisted leaves and hairy buds. The aroma is refined, floral with spicy hints. The liquor is transparent, with a yellow amber shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is exquisite, spicy-floral, with notes of honey, Champagne vines and fresh berries. The aroma is multifaceted, spicy-floral. The taste is refined and rich, sweet, a bit spicy, with a refreshing fruity sourness and the lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot boiling water (80-90°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 12 times.
