In appearance: curved flagella of burgundy-brown leaves and beige tips. The aroma is intensive, warm, with honey and berry notes. The liquor is transparent, with light golden-amber shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and sweet, honey with berry, biscuit, spicy, floral and citrus notes. The aroma is delicious, multifaceted, honey-floral. The taste is refined and mild, full-bodied, sweet, oily, with fine berry sourness, spicy nuances and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5-7 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
