Oolong «Gaba Jin Xuan» was made in May 2018 in Wangchu tea farm (central Taiwan) from spring shoots of Jin Xuan cultivar. During processing, the tea passed through short cycle of vacuum fermentation.
In appearance: large olive-green pellets of twisted tea shoots. The fragrance is intensive, floral-herbaceous with biscuit assent. The liquor is transparent, with yellowish hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is vivid and fresh, floral-herbaceous with spicy, peach and lime notes. The fragrance is high, floral-herbaceous. The taste is full-bodied and sappy, oily, with refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 12 times.
Oolong «Gaba Jin Xuan» is a good choice for ceremonial tea drinking – bright, vivid and refreshing. It relieves fatigue and tension, refreshes perception and increases mental activity.
