Organic oolong «Gaba» was made in Wangchu tea farm (central Taiwan) from spring shoots of tea bushes grown without the use of artificial fertilizers and chemical pest control agents. During processing, the tea leaf passed through a full cycle of vacuum fermentation.
In appearance: large burgundy-brown pellets of twisted tea shoots with cuttings. The fragrance is deep, fruity. The liquor is transparent, with light chestnut hue.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is warm and multifaceted, fruity, with notes of honey biscuit, dried apricots and apple jam. The fragrance is deep and warm, fruity-herbaceous. Th taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, with refreshing berry sourness and lingering finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 5 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1 second), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
