Oolong «Wenshan Baozhong», harvest 2019. Made in the North-east of Taiwan in the Pinglin area.
In appearance: large, bluish-green flagellum-twisted leaves. The aroma is intensive, floral-herbaceous. The liquor is transparent, with a yellow-green shade.
The bouquet of the ready-made tea is fresh, exquisite, floral-herbaceous with a melon note. The aroma is tender, floral-herbaceous. The taste is refined and full-bodied, sweetish, a bit spicy, with sweet, refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (80-90°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 1-2 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can steep the tea up to 10 times.
«Wenshan Baozhong» is a classic slightly fermented Taiwanese oolong which will fulfill you with an inner light and the energy of the spring renewal.
