Aged oolong "Lao Guanyin" was made in South Fujian county of Anxi.
In appearance: medium-sized, dark-brown pellets of twisted tea shoots, with small cuttings. The aroma is intense, woody with spicy hints. The liquor is transparent, with meadow honey shade.
The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged and warm, spicy-and-woody, with fruity, milky and biscuit notes. The aroma is deep, spicy-and-fruity. The taste is saturated, multifaceted, sweetish, changes during tea drinking from mild and sweetish to juicy, fruity-and-woody, with a fine sourness and refreshing finish.
Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time of the first steeping is about 8-10 seconds. After that do short steeps (just for 2-3 seconds), increasing steeping time for each subsequent step, if necessary. You can repeat this method up to 10 times.
